We offer a full 90-day money-back guarantee on all Lymora purchases. If for any reason you're not happy with your results, contact us within 90 days of your original purchase date and we will issue a complete refund of your purchase price — no questions asked.
You do not need to return the product to receive your refund. Simply reach out to our support team and we'll take care of the rest.
How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is straightforward:
- Email us at support@lymora.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days to confirm your request.
- Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
There are no forms to fill out, no products to ship back, and no hoops to jump through.
What Is Covered
- All single-bottle and bundle orders purchased directly through our website
- Orders within 90 days of the original purchase date
- One refund per household per product
What Is Not Covered
- Orders placed more than 90 days before the refund request is submitted
- Orders purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers or marketplaces
- Fraudulent or duplicate refund requests
If you purchased Lymora from a third-party retailer, please contact that retailer directly regarding their return or refund policy, as we are unable to process refunds for purchases made outside of our official store.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue along with your order number, and we will either reship your order or issue a full refund at no cost to you — whichever you prefer.
Chargebacks
